Shipping Policy
Orders under $100
Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $8 for shipping. Orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or the USPS at our discretion. This can take 4 to 10 business days, depending on the current in stock availability of the items ordered. If no date is noted on the order, we will contact you upon receiving your order if the delivery time will exceed 10 business days (with exception to pre-sale materials).
If you have a small order and would prefer Media Rate shipping you may select this option at check out. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost of shipping. **Please note that this method of shipping is not traceable and we will not be able to refund or replace lost or damaged materials.
Orders over $100
All orders exceeding $100 will be shipped free of charge. Orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or the USPS at our discretion.
Rush Orders
If you require a rushed or expedited order, please include the date by which you need to receive your order in the appropriate box during the check-out process. We will contact you upon receiving your order with an estimate for shipping based on your needs-by date. If drop-shipping is required, additional fees may apply.
Back-Orders
Occasionally, items are unavailable and on back-order status. In the case of back-orders, our website will reflect the most current information we have received from publishers to the best of our ability. If your order includes a back-ordered item, we will delay shipping your order until all items are available. If you elect to have your order shipped before it is completely available, the initial shipment of qualifying orders will be shipped at no charge. Actual shipping costs will apply to any back-ordered items that are shipped separately.
